How many custom domains do I get?
Free: 1 Domain (Default). Pro: 2 Domains. Business: 3 Domains. Agency: 6 Domains. You can verify custom domains in seconds.
How do I verify my own domain?
Go to the 'Domains' tab in your dashboard, add your domain, and add the required DNS CNAME record. Our system verifies it automatically within 1 minute.
What is the 'Default Domain'?
Our default domain is fvj.io. It is available to all users. Paid plans allow you to use your own branded domains (e.g., link.yourbrand.com).
Can I change the back-half (alias) of my links?
Yes, all plans allow you to customize the short code (e.g., fvj.io/MyBrand) instead of random characters.
Do my custom domains have SSL?
Yes, we automatically provision SSL certificates for all verified custom domains for free.
What happens if I delete a custom domain?
If you delete a domain, all links associated with it will stop working immediately. Please be careful.

How long do my links last?
Links never expire as long as your account is active and complies with our terms.
What is a Link-in-Bio page?
It is a customizable landing page where you can host multiple links, social profiles, and avatars. Great for Instagram and TikTok bios.
Can I customize my QR codes?
Yes! Paid plans allow you to change colors, add logos, and change the dot patterns of your QR codes.
Do you provide API access?
Yes, API access is available on all paid plans (Pro, Business, Agency). You can find your API key in the dashboard.
What is 'History Retention'?
This is how long we keep detailed analytics (clicks, countries, devices) for your links. Free: No history. Pro: 1 month. Business: 2 months. Agency: 3 months.
Can I track where my clicks come from?
Yes, our advanced analytics show you the country, device type (Mobile/Desktop), and referrer (Facebook, Google, etc.).
What happens if I reach my link limit?
You will be notified to upgrade. You cannot create new links until the next billing cycle, but existing links will keep working.

Are my links protected from spam?
Yes, we use a multi-domain architecture (4 protection layers) to ensure our domains are not blacklisted by social networks.
Can I password protect my links?
Yes, password protection is available on Business and Agency plans for sensitive content.
How do I reset my password?
You can click 'Forgot Password' on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
Yes, you can request account deletion from the support section. All your data will be permanently removed.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No, we strictly value your privacy. We do not sell your link data or personal information.
What do I do if I find a phishing link?
Please report it to us immediately via our Report Abuse page. We take down malicious links within 1 hour.
