Narrated by Thawban
You must prostrate much to Allah, for you will not prostrate once to Allah except that Allah raises you a rank by it and removes a sin from you.

What this hadith teaches
Thawban gave this answer when asked about the deed that leads to Paradise. More voluntary prayer means more prostrations.
