The tashahhud

The words the Prophet ﷺ taught for the sitting of the prayer.

Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud

When one of you sits in the prayer, let him say: "At-tahiyyatu lillahi wa-s-salawatu wa-t-tayyibat. As-salamu alayka ayyuha-n-nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. As-salamu alayna wa ala ibadillahi-s-salihin. Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh." When you say that, it reaches every righteous servant in the heavens and the earth.
