Narrated by Abu Hurairah
The five daily prayers, and from one Jumu'ah to the next, and from one Ramadan to the next, wipe out the sins between them, as long as major sins are avoided.

Allah built a rhythm of forgiveness into the week and the year. The condition is avoiding the major sins, which need sincere repentance of their own.
