What Al-'Adl means
Al-'Adl means the Just, whose every action is perfect justice. He never wrongs anyone, not even by the weight of an atom (4:40). Every good deed will be rewarded, and no one will carry another person's burden. He also commands people to be just (16:90).

In the Qur'an
The name itself is not in the Qur'an as a name, but its meaning is, as in this verse.
Al-'Adl comes from the hadith list; the Qur'an describes Allah's word as 'truth and justice' (6:115).
