What Al-Hadi means
Al-Hadi means the Guide. He guides every creature to what it needs, like the newborn to its mother's milk and the bird to its nest; He gave each thing its form, then guided it (20:50). He guides people to the truth through His prophets and His books, and true guidance of the heart comes only from Him (28:56).
