What At-Tawwab means
At-Tawwab means the One who accepts repentance again and again. He guides His servants to repent and then accepts their repentance. Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) repented with words Allah taught him and was forgiven (2:37). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that Allah is happier with His servant's repentance than a man who finds his lost camel in the desert (Bukhari, Muslim).
