What Al-Musawwir means
Al-Musawwir means the Fashioner who gives every created thing its shape and form. He shapes each child in the mother's womb as He wills (3:6), so no two faces are exactly the same. The beauty and variety in people, animals and flowers all come from Him.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُ ٱلْبَارِئُ ٱلْمُصَوِّرُ ۖ لَهُ ٱلْأَسْمَآءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ ۚ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
Living by this name
Do not mock anyone's looks, because Allah shaped every person. Pray: Allahumma kama hassanta khalqi fa hassin khuluqi, O Allah, as You made my form good, make my character good (Ahmad).
