What Al-'Aziz means
Al-'Aziz means the Almighty, whose power can never be defeated. No one can force Him, stop Him or harm Him. All honour and strength belong to Him (35:10), and any honour a person has is from Him. In the Qur'an this name often comes with Al-Hakim (the All-Wise), because His power always works with wisdom.
