What Al-Basir means
Al-Basir means the All-Seeing. He sees everything, big and small, in light and in darkness; as scholars say, He sees a black ant on a black stone on a dark night. He sees our actions and also knows what is behind them. Nothing in the heavens or the earth is hidden from His sight.
