What Al-Mujib means
Al-Mujib means the One who answers. He is near, and He answers the call of the one who calls on Him (2:186). The Prophet (peace be upon him) taught that every sincere dua is answered in one of three ways: it is given now, saved for the Hereafter, or a harm of the same size is turned away (Ahmad).

وَإِلَىٰ ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَٰلِحًۭا ۚ قَالَ يَٰقَوْمِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥ ۖ هُوَ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱسْتَعْمَرَكُمْ فِيهَا فَٱسْتَغْفِرُوهُ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّى قَرِيبٌۭ مُّجِيبٌۭ
وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
Living by this name
Make dua often and with patience; the Prophet said a dua is answered as long as a person does not become impatient and say 'I prayed but was not answered' (Bukhari, Muslim). Pray: Ya Mujib, answer my dua.
