What Al-Mudhill means
Al-Mudhill means the One who brings low and humbles whom He wills (3:26). He humbles the proud and the oppressors, and no one can honour a person whom Allah has humbled. He does this only with perfect justice, often because of a person's own sins and arrogance.

In the Qur'an
The name itself is not in the Qur'an as a name, but its meaning is, as in this verse.
Scholars advise saying this name together with Al-Mu'izz (the Giver of honour), as they come together in 3:26, so that His power is understood with His justice.
